Project Overview

This project involved the construction of two architecturally designed townhouses, delivered under a fixed programme with close client involvement throughout. Managing a dual-occupancy build requires careful sequencing of trades, precise reading of construction documentation, and consistent communication — all of which were central to how this project was run.

Throughout the build, maintaining clear and consistent communication with the client was a priority. Progress was discussed openly and any questions were addressed promptly, keeping the project on track at every stage.
